Locksmith Warranty Conditions for Lock Out And Car Key Replacement

Warranty Coverage:

General Warranty Period: We provide a minimum 30-day warranty on any work we carry out, covering both labor and materials, except in cases where we have only charged for labor.

Extended Warranty: Depending on the type of service provided, the product installed, and the manufacturer's standards, we may extend this warranty up to 6 months. The specific duration of the warranty will be clearly communicated at the time of service.

 

Exclusions:

Labor-Only Services: Services for which we only charge labor costs are not covered by our materials warranty. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship.

Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications after our service will void this warranty.

Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to aging or weather conditions is not covered under our warranty.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external forces beyond our control will not be covered.

 

Claim Process:

Assessment: We will assess the claim, which may include an on-site inspection to determine if the issue falls under our warranty conditions.

Resolution: If the claim is validated, we will repair or replace the defective part or redo the service at no additional cost to you. Our aim is to resolve warranty claims promptly, ensuring minimal inconvenience.

 

Customer Responsibility:

Proof of Service: Customers are required to provide proof of service (e.g., invoice or receipt) when making a warranty claim.

Care and Maintenance: To ensure the longevity of the service and materials provided, customers are expected to follow any care and maintenance guidelines we provide.
